Data Deletion Instructions

Meta requires every app to publish how users can delete their data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data in two ways:

Self-service

Sign in, go to Settings → Delete account. This removes your tenant, connected WhatsApp Business Accounts, phone numbers, templates, contacts and message history from our systems.

By request

Email [privacy@yourcompany.com] from your account email with the subject "Data deletion request". We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Account and login credentials
• Encrypted WhatsApp access tokens
• WABA, phone number, template and contact records
• Stored message content and webhook events

Note: data already processed by Meta/WhatsApp is governed by Meta's own data policy.
